Shipping Policy

We usually process paid orders for training apparel, including tops, sports bras, shorts, leggings, joggers, hoodies, and outerwear in 1–2 business days once customer and delivery information is complete. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

After dispatch, the expected carrier journey is 2–4 business days. It is not guaranteed; severe weather, high parcel volume, address checks, carrier disruption, or customs review may cause extra time.

Checkout is the sole place that confirms whether free shipping applies and shows the current rate, threshold, service, and destination eligibility. Customers should review recipient and address details before submitting an order. Tracking is provided when available. Contact us with order details if a parcel is late, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but missing.
