Refund Policy

We evaluate claims only when delivered goods are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described. Notify us no later than 30 days after delivery. We do not offer returns solely because of a change of mind, preference, or fit choice.

A request must include the order number, the reason for the claim, and clear photo or video evidence of the item and package. Items must not be sent back until written return authorization is issued. Unapproved returns are ineligible for reimbursement.

Following review, an eligible claim may result in replacement instructions, an authorized return, or a refund to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post an approved refund.
