How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 2–4 business days for transit after dispatch. Carrier estimates can change.

Can I edit or cancel?

Send a message as soon as possible. Once processing or shipment has started, an edit or cancellation may not be possible.

How are product issues handled?

Within 30 days of delivery, send evidence for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods. Wait for authorization before returning anything.
